Pet Rent: $20.00 (Monthly Per Pet)

Pet Screening: $30.00 (Per Pet Annually)

Damage Waiver Program: $15.00 (Monthly)

Trash Fee Valet Service Fee: $45.00 (Monthly)

Pest Control Fee: $5.00 (Monthly)

Detached Large Garage Rentable Item: $125.00 (Optional Monthly)

Small Storage Rentable Item: $35.00 (Optional Monthly)
