Yes, all apartments at Sandstone Ridge include full-size washers and dryers for your convenience. This allows residents to complete laundry at home without relying on shared facilities or off-site services. 

Yes, our 24-hour fitness center is fully equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training equipment. Residents can also take advantage of additional spaces for yoga and stretching to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle without leaving the community.

Standard lease terms are offered at Sandstone Ridge Apartments, providing a consistent and stable living experience. Short-term leases may be available upon request and approval through the leasing team. 

Monthly rent covers your apartment or townhome at Sandstone Ridge. Utilities and other services, such as internet or cable, are not included in the rent. 

Internet and cable services are available through AT&T or Astound. Residents can choose the option that best suits their needs. 

Pets are subject to a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus a $100 refundable deposit per pet, with a maximum of two pets per home. Additionally, residents pay $20 monthly pet rent per pet. These fees help maintain pet amenities and ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents.     

Neighborhood

Public transportation is not available in the immediate area of Sandstone Ridge. Most residents rely on personal vehicles for commuting and errands. 

Sandstone Ridge is part of the Midland Independent School District. Families have access to quality educational options in the area, and we encourage residents to confirm specific school zoning directly with MISD. 

Sandstone Ridge is located near Loop 250 in Midland, TX, with convenient access to Green Tree Country Club, Midland Country Club, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. 

Residents enjoy proximity to local grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops, making it easy to run errands or grab a meal. Popular nearby shops include Walmart,CVS, PetSmart, Birdie's Cafe, and more local bites.

Pets

Yes, Sandstone Ridge is a pet-friendly apartment community featuring an off-leash bark park for dogs. Residents can also enjoy nearby walking trails for additional pet-friendly activities.  

Weight restrictions allow pets up to 100 pounds, and aggressive breeds and exotic pets are restricted. See our pet policy for full details.
